Your morning routine dictates the success of your whole day,

I would even argue this starts the night before, is the food ready for the following day ?

Do you sleep in , or up and at em ready to take on the world ?

Tips to be more productive and get more done of what you need,

1. pre plan your day with the critical tasks as a priority and write it down

2. dont check your phone for at least 30 minutes when you wake up, this can ruin your routine and put other peoples agenda ahead or your own pre planned critical tasks.

3. listen to podcasts, music you love, read something educational. Basically put your mind in the best state for the day

4. exercise / move – this can be mobility and stretching, weights, cardio. Just get the body moving early.

5. hydrate – whether you are someone who ikes breakfast or someone who prefers intermittent fasting, one principle remains true to all. Drink at least 1 pint of water within 30 minutes of waking !!
